What types of facilities do you service?

We specialize in commercial and institutional facilities including medical offices, healthcare clinics, corporate offices, and government buildings. We do not service residential properties. Our teams are trained to meet the elevated standards required in regulated environments.
Do you offer one time cleaning or only ongoing contracts?

We primarily serve clients through structured service agreements weekly, bi-weekly, or daily recurring schedules. This allows us to maintain consistent quality standards and accountability. We evaluate one time requests on a case by case basis for existing clients.
Are your employees background checked and insured?

Yes. All team members pass a background screening before assignment. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request and are standard in all contract packages.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with a service visit?

We have a documented service recovery process. If an issue is reported within 24 hours, we will return to correct it at no charge. We also conduct root cause reviews to prevent recurrence. Client satisfaction is a performance metric we track, not just a policy we state.
